DETAILED ITINERARY

18^th Feb 2018 - Day 01 - For a Networking meet arrive at iiiEM office at 12:30 pm. At iiiEM office we shall give you an introduction to Gulfood & Dubai from Exporter's point of view. You shall also meet all the co-passengers to know them better. iiiEM shall transfer you to the Ahmedabad Airport at 2.00 pm for departure to Dubai. Board your Spice Jet flight. Arrive at Dubai Airport. Transfer to Hotel in Dubai + Dinner.

19^th Feb 2018 - Day 02 - - After Breakfast & morning briefing, board couch to leave for the Gulfood Fair. Transfer to Dubai World Trade Centre. Evening Transfer to Restaurant and after Dinner Transfer to Hotel

20^th Feb 2018 - Day 03 – Breakfast and then One Hour Presentation on - Business Opportunities in Dubai, at the Hotel. Transfer to Dubai World Trade Centre. Evening Visit to Dubai Mall & Fountain Show. Transfer to Indian Restaurant & back to the Hotel.

21^st Feb 2018 – Day 4 - Breakfast & then Transfer to Visit Al Aweer (Vegetable Market) then Transfer to Ras-Al-Khor ( Dry Fruit Market), Visit Spice Bazaar ( Masala Market ) & last Visit to Gold Souk (Gold Bazaar ) Transfer to Indian Restaurant after Dinner Transfer to Hotel.

22^nd Feb 2018 - Day 05 - Depart for City tour of Dubai including Outside Photo of Burj Al Arab , Burj Khalifa ( 124^th Floor ), Mosque , Visit to The Palm & outside View of Atlantis hotel. Return to hotel. Depart for Premium Dessert Safari Including “Dune Bashing”, “Sun Set Photo“& finally at Base Camp. Enjoy Belle Dance & Barbeque Dinner. Then Depart from Base Camp to Hotel.

23^rd Feb 2018 – Day 06 - Check out of the hotel, Depart for Mall of Emirates, Visit Mall of Emirates & Meena Bazaar ( Dress & Textile Market ). Have Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Transfer to Dubai Airport

Submit the following during registration:

• Passport should be Valid till 30 September’2018 ( at least ).
• Delegate should be an Indian National with Indian Passport
• Clear Passport Copy scanned ( 1st & Last page or 1st & 2^nd Page ) covering Personal Details & parents’ names & House Address
• Submit 2 passport size photographs, white background, 80% with front face. If using spectacles, click photo with only a frame ( studio has it )
• Female delegates ( age <= 25 years ) if traveling alone, need to submit an NOC letter from Father / mother / husband ( as per rules of UAE Countries ), with Guardian’s photo id.
